Founded in Los Angeles in 2019 by pastry artisan Ellie You, Harucake began with a simple idea: a cake can feel beautiful, personal, and memorable without being overly sweet or over-designed.

Our signature milk cream cakes are made with 100% organic fresh milk cream, soft sponge layers, fresh fruit, and a refined sweetness that lets each ingredient speak for itself. We believe in less quantity, more quality — not simply making more cakes, but making each cake with care.
